Quandoo's terms grant the merchant access to guest data only "when necessary for the execution of the contract." After Dec 31, 2026, the contract ends and the data goes with it. Export the CSV via support ticket before then, then figure out where to put it.

Quandoo is shutting down, what happens to my reservation history?
Export your guest data from Quandoo support before 30 September 2026, don't wait, thousands of restaurants are migrating at once and support queues are real. Oddle's onboarding team can ingest that CSV and rebuild your guest profiles in Oddle Reserve, typically under two weeks. After 31 December 2026, Quandoo's terms state you'll have no access to your user account or the data stored in it, so the export window is firm.
How does Oddle's per-booking compare to Quandoo's per-cover?
Quandoo charged S$3.50 per diner on network bookings, a 4-person table cost S$14, a 10-person table cost S$35, plus the S$49–99/mo subscription. At 120 bookings × 2.5 covers, that ran ~S$1,050/mo on top of subscription. Will I lose KrisFlyer miles integration if I move to Oddle?
KrisFlyer integration runs through Quandoo's loyalty programme and ends 30 September 2026 anyway. Oddle Loyalty lets you run your own points programme, every point earned stays with you, the diner comes back to your platform, and the relationship doesn't disappear with whoever's running the airline partnership next year.
Can I migrate my Quandoo guest data to Oddle?
Yes. Oddle's team handles export ingestion, clean-up, and import on your behalf. Typical turnaround is under two weeks. Your guest history, preferences, and visit frequency stay with you, ingested into a CRM you actually own, with remarketing and loyalty tools built in.
Can I run Oddle Reserve and Quandoo in parallel during migration?
Yes, and if you're on Quandoo today, do this. All Quandoo fees are waived through 30 September 2026, so keep taking those bookings while they last. Run Oddle Reserve on your direct channels (your site, Google, Instagram) in parallel. By the time Quandoo shuts down, your owned channel is established and the only adjustment is shutting off the Quandoo widget.
