# Introduction to Oddle

Oddle is a restaurant growth platform that helps you win new guests, understand who they are, and turn them into returning guests — all from one connected system.

Instead of juggling separate tools for online ordering, reservations, payments, and marketing, Oddle brings them together. Every guest interaction — whether they order online, book a table, or pay at your restaurant — feeds into a single view of your customers. That means smarter marketing, better service, and more returning guests.

## How Oddle Grows Your Business

Be the restaurant guests choose first — from search, to booking, to their next visit. Oddle follows a three-step growth methodology: win new guests through your own channels, understand who really drives your revenue, and turn them into returning guests.

### New Guests

Win by consistently being the first choice.

**Oddle Shop** is a high-converting webstore — not just an online menu. An opinionated storefront and checkout flow that guides guests to bigger baskets and more completed orders. It handles delivery and takeaway under your own brand, with managed logistics so you don't have to coordinate riders yourself.

**Oddle Reserve** gives you all the reservation essentials — booking, seating, floor plan, no-show controls — without unnecessary complexity. The smart part: Reserve is connected to Marketing, so automated follow-ups like cancelled reservation win-backs and lapsed guest nudges come built in. Guests can book through your branded booking page, your website, or directly from Google Search and Maps.

**Oddle Terminal** is next-gen in-person payments — the only terminal that identifies repeat guests and cross-channel guests. Every payment is linked to a customer profile, so you can recognise the guest who ordered online last week and is now dining in.

**Oddle Enrolments** captures the right details from walk-in guests — once — without annoying diners. Turn anonymous visitors into known customers you can reach again.

**Reputation Builder** automatically turns great dining experiences into consistent reviews that drive trust and discovery.

**Oddle Eats** gives you more reach at no cost. Get listed and discovered by Oddle's network of over 1 million food lovers, and participate in campaigns that bring new guests to your door.

### Known Guests

Know who really drives your revenue — without guesswork.

**Customer Intelligence** gives you a 360-degree view of every guest — across orders, reservations, payments, and enrolments. Understand which guests, segments, and visits actually power your revenue — and act on it with confidence. You get unified customer profiles, pre-built segments (first-timers, regulars, VIPs, lapsed guests), and power filters to create your own custom segments, so you can spot opportunities and turn patterns into growth.

### Returning Guests

Keep guests coming back on purpose, not by accident.

**Smart, always-on guest messaging** — proven flows from abandoned carts and reservation win-backs to birthday engagement and Google review requests — so guests keep hearing from you at the right moments without you having to remember to hit "send."

**Campaigns that actually get sent** — turn any idea into a polished, on-brand campaign in minutes with opinionated, AI-powered campaign creation. Most emails never get sent because they never get written. Oddle removes the bottleneck so you ship more broadcasts that actually convert.

**Redeemables** gives you vouchers, rewards, and promotional mechanics designed to drive a second visit — not just a one-time discount.

**Virtual Lounge** is your branded digital storefront — a landing page that showcases your restaurant's personality, menu, and current promotions.

## What You'll Manage

As a restaurant owner or manager, you'll primarily work in two places:

**Merchant Admin** is your web-based dashboard at panel.oddle.me. This is where you manage settings, view analytics, set up marketing campaigns, and customise everything across your Oddle products.

**Host App** is the web app your floor staff uses day-to-day for reservations — managing bookings, seating guests, handling walk-ins, and keeping the floor running smoothly. Access it at host.oddle.me on any browser — most restaurants use it on an iPad at the host stand, but it works on any tablet, laptop, or desktop.

Depending on your setup, your team may also use the **Register App** (for processing online orders in-restaurant) and the **Oddle Terminal** (your payment hardware).

## How This Documentation Is Organised

This documentation follows the same growth framework that Oddle is built around:

| Section | What You'll Find |
| -------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **New Guests** | Setting up and managing Oddle Reserve, Oddle Shop, Oddle Terminal, Enrolments, and more |
| **Known Guests** | Understanding Customer Intelligence — profiles, segments, and analytics |
| **Returning Guests** | Marketing automations, campaigns, redeemables, and your Virtual Lounge |
| **Billing & Admin** | Payouts, invoices, employee management, and account settings |

Each product section starts with an overview of what your guests experience, followed by setup guides, and then day-to-day operations.

We're building this documentation section by section — starting with **Oddle Reserve**. More sections will be added over time.
