## Make your Reserve booking page feel like your brand

Your Reserve booking page can now reflect more of the restaurant experience diners already recognise. Brand colours, fonts, logo treatment, restaurant name, tagline, and a 16:9 hero image work together across desktop and mobile.

<figure><img src="/files/YbPqzH33r3aP5qz8AhV3" alt="Three distinct restaurant Reserve pages across desktop and mobile"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### See the range in live restaurant pages

[Kintsugi](https://reserve.oddle.me/en_MY/kintsugi?utm_source=oddle\&utm_medium=changelog\&utm_campaign=customer-booking-page-202608\&utm_content=example-kintsugi) pairs a warm dining-room image with a refined editorial treatment.

<figure><img src="/files/kOJwgMzHj0dXyV00IFIa" alt="Kintsugi Reserve booking page with a warm editorial restaurant design"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

[Abundance](https://reserve.oddle.me/en_SG/abundance?utm_source=oddle\&utm_medium=changelog\&utm_campaign=customer-booking-page-202608\&utm_content=example-abundance) uses a bright food pattern and playful colour system.

<figure><img src="/files/O26QtIzKgcnnsYJkuXeZ" alt="Abundance Reserve booking page with a colourful food-led design"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

[Don Omakase](https://reserve.oddle.me/en_MY/donomakase?utm_source=oddle\&utm_medium=changelog\&utm_campaign=customer-booking-page-202608\&utm_content=example-don-omakase) takes a quieter, more immersive direction.

<figure><img src="/files/cLNDGmNSyottM66fEiDV" alt="Don Omakase Reserve booking page with a dark immersive restaurant design"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Start from your brand, then choose the treatment

Use **Sync from Brand** for a quick starting point, then preview and refine the page before saving. Choose:

* a compact **Glass strip** or full-image **Takeover** hero
* **Glass** or **Solid** surfaces
* **Square**, **Rounded**, or **Pill** controls
* an icon, long logo, or no logo

The reservation flow remains familiar to diners while the page feels more consistent with your restaurant.

This customisation is available with the [Oddle All-Access Plan](https://www.oddle.me/lp/all-access-plan?utm_source=oddle\&utm_medium=changelog\&utm_campaign=customer-booking-page-202608\&utm_content=plan-link). ## Build a restaurant website that brings in more guests

A restaurant website should do more than look good. It should help guests find you, turn visits into bookings and orders, and stay current without waiting on an agency.

Oddle Site starts with the pages and journeys a restaurant needs, then lets you make changes in plain language. Your website, reservations, ordering, customer data, and marketing can work as one system instead of a patchwork of separate tools.

<figure><img src="/files/ysaBvyovgnDXJqubD0dH" alt="Two distinct restaurant websites created with Oddle Site"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Beautiful websites, true to your brand

Dark fine dining, a pastel bakery, a late-night ramen bar, or a smokehouse: every Oddle Site can have its own type, colour, imagery, and voice. There is no single template look.

<figure><img src="/files/tmMFwX9kQ7FPQFXF7Q4k" alt="Four distinct Oddle Site themes for a fine dining restaurant, patisserie, ramen bar, and smokehouse"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

[Explore more Oddle Site designs](https://www.oddle.me/sg/products/oddle-site-restaurant-website-builder?utm_source=oddle\&utm_medium=changelog\&utm_campaign=oddle-site-launch-202607\&utm_content=theme-gallery).

### Get found where guests search

Oddle Site is built with search in mind, with SEO settings, a custom domain and SSL, plus support for Google Tag Manager and visitor analytics. Keep your menu, opening hours, locations, and booking paths clear on the website you own.

<figure><img src="/files/aPCGWTmuNMmWmmpM2iix" alt="Abundance and Enjoy Eating House restaurant websites shown side by side as distinct Oddle Site examples"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Turn visitors into known guests

Reservations, online ordering, and sign-up journeys can be built into the site. Instead of sending every visitor to a disconnected third party, each booking, order, or sign-up can become part of the customer relationship you manage in Oddle.

Build pages for menus, locations, private dining, events, or your restaurant story, then connect them directly to the actions that matter.

### Keep it current by asking

Ask for a new section, updated copy, a different image, or a new colour direction. You can also select a section and edit it directly. The live site stays untouched until you preview and publish the draft.

<figure><img src="/files/hK1kf79meS2HaXigPfhi" alt="Oddle Site editor with an AI conversation beside a live restaurant website preview"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### One platform instead of separate subscriptions

Oddle Site works alongside Oddle's online ordering, reservations, Customer Intelligence, and email marketing. That means fewer handoffs between a website provider, an agency, and the systems your restaurant already runs every day.

Oddle Site is included with the [Oddle All-Access Plan](https://www.oddle.me/lp/all-access-plan?utm_source=oddle\&utm_medium=changelog\&utm_campaign=oddle-site-launch-202607\&utm_content=plan-link). ## Take paid reservations from Google

Guests can now discover a paid ticket on Google Search or Maps without your restaurant giving up the policy that protects the booking.

Reserve with Google supports tickets that require a deposit, full payment, or a card guarantee. The guest chooses the date, time, and party size on Google, then continues to Oddle to review the policy and complete the payment or card step.

<figure><img src="/files/3HL0XIyr6o2ezjVcgY00" alt="A paid restaurant reservation discovered through Google and completed securely with Oddle"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Keep the booking rules you already use

Paid Google reservations follow the same ticket setup your team manages in Oddle. Once the guest completes the required step, the confirmed reservation appears in Host with the rest of the day's bookings.

<figure><img src="/files/fh2stA0DfvUwS7fH5Gll" alt="Google Maps showing a restaurant reservation ticket with a per-person deposit and Oddle as the booking provider"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

For deposit tickets, a refundable cancellation window is required. Google availability also depends on the store, ticket, payment setup, and Google listing being eligible.

### Turn it on for an eligible ticket

1. Open **Reserve Host > Settings > Tickets**.
2. Select the ticket you want guests to find on Google.
3. Under **Bookable Channels**, turn on **Reserve with Google**.
4. Allow up to 24 hours for changes to appear on Google.

<a href="https://host.oddle.me/settings/tickets?utm_source=oddle&#x26;utm_medium=changelog&#x26;utm_campaign=rwg-paid-tickets-202607&#x26;utm_content=primary-cta" class="button primary">Open Ticket Settings</a>

## Let diners find their rewards from your Virtual Lounge

Diners no longer have to find an old reward email before they can see the Check-in Rewards they have earned with your restaurant.

Brands using Check-in Rewards can now let diners sign in from the brand's Virtual Lounge with Oddle Pass, then see their reward progress and available redeemables in the same place they already visit for menus, stories, and restaurant updates.

<figure><img src="/files/Fvw9AfJNrx1NvzjGiezt" alt="A restaurant Virtual Lounge with Check-in Rewards sign-in through Oddle Pass"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Sign in with a phone number

From the Check-in Rewards section, an existing member selects **Sign in** and verifies the phone number linked to their Oddle Pass account with a one-time password.

Once signed in, the diner can see **Your check-in rewards progress**, browse **Your Redeemables**, and open the full list when more rewards are available.

### Keep check-in at the restaurant

Opening rewards from the Virtual Lounge does not let a diner check in remotely. Loyalty check-in still happens at the restaurant, while the Virtual Lounge gives members an easier way to see what they have earned between visits.

Diners who are not yet members are shown how to join on their next visit. The update is available to brands using Check-in Rewards.

## Manage your Google reviews with AI

Google reviews can shape a guest's next decision. Keeping up with every review across every outlet should not become another daily queue for your team.

Connect Google Business once and manage reviews from every mapped location in Oddle. AI prepares a reply for every new review, while your rules decide what may post automatically.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/6gcGyZpnt0yFoTxu9h3j" alt="Manage Google reviews with Oddle AI, shown with a Google Reviews integration label"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

From one workspace, your team can see the review, check the AI draft, make an edit, and approve the reply for Google.

<figure><img src="/files/GcmLfKfMQyzCTWbzWc2M" alt="Oddle Reviews dashboard with an AI-drafted Google review reply ready to approve and post"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Why replying matters

Every Google review is a public conversation. A thoughtful reply shows guests that you are listening and gives future diners more confidence when they find your restaurant in search. Useful replies also add context about the dishes, service, and experiences guests care about.

<figure><img src="/files/FFqWe7IfMCZlB21eUdd6" alt="Illustration of restaurant search results where recent Google review replies help future diners understand the restaurant"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### One place for reviews from every connected store

Once Google Business is connected and each location is mapped to the right Oddle store, recent reviews appear together in **Merchant Admin > Engage > Reviews**. Filter by store or reply status to see what needs attention.

<figure><img src="/files/ffOCvhWuoYjhhSdsiDge" alt="Google reviews for a connected Pantry at Five store in Oddle"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Each review moves through a clear status such as **No reply**, **Draft**, **Pending Google review**, **Replied**, or **Needs attention**, so it is easy to see what still needs action.

### AI drafts every reply

Oddle AI prepares a suggested response for every new review. Drafts can use restaurant context such as your cuisine, signature dishes, and neighbourhood, helping replies feel relevant to your brand rather than generic.

Your team can edit the draft, save it for later, or approve and post it to Google.

<figure><img src="/files/2cr9NsaOgWtxUQtGcS94" alt="A staged AI-suggested Google review reply in Oddle"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Auto-post only what passes your rules

When you are ready, turn on **Auto-post replies** and define what is safe to publish automatically.

You can set:

* the minimum star rating
* how strictly sensitive content is handled
* topics that should always require review
* special instructions for the tone or content of replies

Low-rated, sensitive, or rule-breaking replies remain drafts for a manager to review.

<figure><img src="/files/oecJ0AY6h53Ep28lGPxN" alt="Auto-post rules for Google review replies in Oddle"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Catch up on recent reviews

After connecting Google Business, you can prepare drafts for up to 100 past reviews from the previous 90 days. This gives your team a practical way to clear an existing backlog before staying on top of new reviews.

### Get started

1. Open [Oddle Merchant Admin](https://panel.oddle.me).
2. Go to **Engage > Reviews**.
3. Connect Google Business and map your locations.
4. Review your first AI-drafted replies.
5. Keep replies in draft, or configure Auto-post replies when your team is ready.

Google Reviews Manager is available exclusively with the [Oddle All-Access Plan](https://www.oddle.me/lp/all-access-plan).

## See what brings guests in and back

Loyalty check-in questions can tell you how diners discovered your restaurant, what brought them in today, and what keeps returning guests coming back. Those answers now have a dedicated view in Merchant Admin.

<figure><img src="/files/D1rer16YYkGM1AWCwXOS" alt="Oddle Insight Questions dashboard with response totals, audience filters, answer breakdowns, and trends"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Read the story behind the answers

The Insight Questions dashboard brings the key signals together: total responses, response rate, first-time and returning responses, answer breakdowns, response trends, and recent guest answers.

Use the filters to focus on a store, first-time or returning guests, and the date range you want to understand. This makes it easier to compare how guests found you, why they visited, and what regulars say brings them back.

### Turn check-in feedback into action

Use the patterns as an input to your next promotion, service improvement, or guest follow-up. You can also review recent responses when you need the context behind an aggregate trend.

Find the dashboard in **Merchant Admin > Engage > Loyalty > Insight Questions**.

## Manage your restaurant queue digitally

Oddle Queue replaces the paper waitlist with a digital queue built for restaurants. Staff manage the line from the Host app, guests can join and follow their place from their phones, and every party's details and status stay recorded in Oddle.

That means less rewriting names, calling out numbers, and manually explaining the wait during a busy service. Reservations and walk-ins stay visible together, while live status updates and configured messages keep guests informed.

<figure><img src="/files/IjcfGduivqqSfBkvyyPP" alt="Oddle Queue showing a live restaurant waitlist for staff and a mobile queue status for guests"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Run your restaurant's queue from the Host app

Open or close the queue, set the wait estimate, add or find a guest, and see waiting parties alongside the day's reservations.

When service moves, staff can reorder the queue, notify a party, seat them, cancel the entry, or rejoin a missed guest without leaving Host.

<figure><img src="/files/fLO2XnohZ755CG1ODdME" alt="Oddle Host Today page with reservations and staged waiting parties managed in one view"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Capture every sign of demand

Guests verify their phone number when they join. Oddle records their contact details, party size, quoted wait, and what happened next, whether they were seated, missed their turn, or cancelled.

This preserves a useful record of demand, including guests who showed intent but did not make it to a table. Unlike a paper list, those signals do not disappear at the end of service.

### Automate the routine queue updates

Guests can scan a QR code or open your queue link to join from their own device. Their status page updates as the queue moves, so they can step away and still see their queue number, groups ahead, and your current wait estimate.

When configured, Oddle handles queue messages such as joining, table-ready, confirmation, and cancellation through WhatsApp in Singapore or LINE in Taiwan.

<figure><img src="/files/VGD53Zrg5hBatrnGMU4m" alt="Mobile Oddle Queue page showing a guest&#x27;s queue number, groups ahead, and estimated wait"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The displayed wait is set by your team, so staff remain in control of the expectation guests see.

### Get started

Oddle Queue is available exclusively with the [Oddle All-Access Plan](https://www.oddle.me/lp/all-access-plan). Existing Oddle merchants can ask their account manager about enablement.

# Agent Instructions
This documentation is published with GitBook. GitBook is the documentation platform designed so that both humans and AI agents can read, navigate, and reason over technical content effectively. Learn more at gitbook.com.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://www.oddle.me/docs/whats-new/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
