# Oddle AI

**Oddle AI** 將像 Claude 這樣的 AI 助理變成你餐廳的工作夥伴。只要連接一次，它就能透過自然對話，使用你即時的 Oddle 資料——訂單、預訂、菜單、顧客、評論和行銷——來工作，而不必你自己透過 Merchant Admin 操作。

之所以能運作，是因為這個助理會直接連接到你的 Oddle 帳戶。當你請它調出上週的訂位或擬定一封挽回顧客的行銷活動時，它會使用你自己的登入資訊——因此它只能看到、也只能做你能做的事。

## 你可以請它做什麼

一旦連接完成，你就可以用自己的話跟助理對話。你不需要學習指令，也不必記得某個設定在哪裡。以下是幾個例子，依照它們所涉及的業務部分來看：

**訂單與銷售**

* "昨天的銷售額是多少？"
* "上週的線上訂單表現如何？"
* "查找某位顧客最近的訂單。"

**預訂**

* "向我簡報今天的預訂情況。"
* "顯示我這週末的預訂。"

**菜單**

* "目前哪些已售罄？"
* "把松露義大利麵的價格更新為 24 美元。"
* "將生蠔標記為已售罄。"

**顧客**

* "哪些客人在 60 天內沒有下單？"
* "我的流失客群中有多少顧客？"

**行銷**

* "擬定本週的行銷電子郵件。"
* "為 60 天內沒有下單的客人擬一封挽回電子郵件。"

**評論**

* "為我最近的評論擬定回覆。"

**你的門市**

* "暫時暫停我的 Bugis 門市。"

這不是固定的指令清單——而是功能範圍的概覽。只要是 Merchant Admin 裡的內容，通常都可以問它。

**它會先擬稿，再執行。** 讀取你的資料是一回事；變更資料又是另一回事。你的助理會要求你核准任何會建立或變更內容的操作——例如菜單更新、行銷活動或評論回覆——因此沒有你的同意，不會送出任何內容。

## 你的助理可以存取什麼

你的助理所看到的，和你登入 Merchant Admin 時看到的一模一樣——不多也不少。這由三件事決定：

**你的帳戶。** 這個連線會綁定你登入時使用的 Oddle 帳戶。你的助理無法存取其他餐飲集團的帳戶，而且也無法在對話中途切換帳戶——重新登入是唯一的變更方式。

**你所有的品牌。** 如果你的帳戶管理多個品牌，你的助理可以在同一段對話中跨越所有品牌運作。先請它列出你的品牌，再告訴它你指的是哪一個——不需要重新連線，也不需要為每個品牌分開設定。各品牌底下的門市也是同樣道理。

**你的權限。** 你的助理會繼承你所使用登入帳號的存取權限。如果你的帳戶無法在 Merchant Admin 中存取某個門市、報表或設定，你的助理也不行。使用權限受限的登入來連接，這些限制也會一併保留。

**正在營運多個品牌？** 先輸入「列出我的品牌」，再告訴你的助理你指的是哪一個——「針對 Sushi Bar，上週表現如何？」。如果你沒說，它會先跟你確認，而不是自行猜測。

## 哪些 AI 助理可以使用

你的 Oddle 工具會透過一個 **連接器** 與你的助理連線——那是一條安全的登入連結。你只要新增一次連接器，用平常的 Oddle 登入資訊登入，它就會保持連線。

這些助理的逐步設定說明可在 **連接你自己的助理**:

| 助理                 | 這是什麼                                             |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Claude Desktop** | Anthropic 的 Claude，安裝在你的電腦上或位於 claude.ai。最直接的起點。 |
| **Claude Code**    | 終端機中的 Claude。只需一個指令即可設定。                         |
| **Codex**          | 終端機中的 OpenAI 助理。也是只需一個指令。                        |

任何其他支援自訂連接器的助理也都可以使用，同樣透過 Oddle 的連接器位址。不同助理的設定畫面會不一樣，但概念相同：新增連接器、用你的 Oddle 登入資訊登入，並核准存取。
