How does Oddle Logistics work?

Oddle Managed Logistics connects your online orders to a network of third-party delivery partners — including LalaMove and GrabExpress — so you don't have to manage drivers yourself.
When a delivery order comes in, Oddle's logistics operations team actively monitors and coordinates the dispatch. If a driver isn't assigned quickly enough, the team tips drivers where needed and sources alternatives across Oddle's partner network to make sure your order gets fulfilled.

Oddle charges a fixed delivery fee based on vehicle type and distance. Because the fee is the same regardless of which logistics partner fulfils the delivery, you can accurately forecast your delivery margins and decide how much to pass on to customers.
