# 如何設定 Google 整合？

Oddle 的 Google 整合會將您餐廳的 Google 商家資訊連結至 Oddle Shop 和 Oddle Reserve。這讓客人更容易直接透過 Google 搜尋、Google 地圖和 Google 助理發現並預訂您的餐廳。

此整合分為兩部分：

* **Shop 和 Reserve 連結** — 您的線上訂購與訂位連結會自動顯示在您的 Google 商家資訊上。
* **Reserve with Google** — 客人可以直接透過 Google 預訂座位，訂位會流入您的 Host App。

## Shop 和 Reserve 連結

一旦啟用整合，您的 Oddle Shop 和 Oddle Reserve 連結就會自動加入您的 Google 商家資訊。瀏覽您商家資訊的客人可以直接點擊下單或訂位 — 無需額外步驟。

## Reserve with Google

Reserve with Google 讓客人可以透過 Google 搜尋、Google 地圖或 Google 助理預訂座位。透過 Google 完成的訂位，會與來自其他管道的訂位一起顯示在您的 Host App 中。

### 開始前

在啟用 Reserve with Google 之前，請確認以下事項已就緒：

1. **您的分店已列在 Google 地圖上。** 搜尋您的餐廳於 [Google 地圖](https://www.google.com/maps) 上確認。如果沒有出現，請參考 [Google 的新增商家指南](https://support.google.com/business/answer/2911778).
2. **您的 Google 地圖地址與 Oddle 系統中登記的地址一致。** 這就是您的分店與 Google 商家資訊配對的方式。如果您不確定，請與您的 Oddle 代表確認。
3. **您已在 Host App 中設定好一個包含非付款票券的服務排程。**

### 啟用 Reserve with Google

您可以在票券層級控制 Reserve with Google — 您需要在希望 Google 使用的特定票券類型上啟用它。

1. 在 Host App 中，前往 **設定 > 票券**.
2. 點選 **+ 新增票券** 以建立新的票券（或編輯現有票券）。

3. 設定票券名稱、顏色和封面圖片。
4. 在 **可訂位管道**，開啟 Google 管道。

   一次只能將一張票券連結至 Reserve with Google。該票券不得要求付款（無訂金或預付款）。
5. 在畫面右側預覽票券將如何顯示給客人。

6. 點選 **新增票券**。確認訊息會顯示票券已建立。

### 查看來自 Google 的訂位

一旦 Reserve with Google 上線，來自 Google 的訂位會像其他任何訂位一樣顯示在您的 Host App 中。請查看訂位旁的 Google 圖示，以辨識其來源。

您可以像取消 Host App 中其他任何訂位一樣，取消 Google 訂位。

### 修改來自 Google 的訂位

您可以在一些限制下編輯 Google 訂位。可變更的欄位如下：人數、桌位、場合標籤、特殊要求、訂位備註，以及客人資料。其他欄位無法編輯。

## 常見問題

**我已啟用 Reserve with Google，但我的餐廳在 Google 上還沒有顯示訂位按鈕。** 變更會在隔天生效。如果 24 小時後按鈕仍未出現，請聯絡 Oddle 支援。

**我可以使用訂金或預付款票券來搭配 Reserve with Google 嗎？** 不行。Reserve with Google 只適用於非付款票券。

**Google 訂位的最大人數是多少？** 每筆訂位最多可容納 20 位客人。

**為什麼客人在 Google 上看不到我所有可訂的時段？** Google 只會顯示未來 90 天內的可用時段。更遠的時段客人將無法看到。

**Google 會向客人顯示桌區嗎？** 會。桌區會同步到 Google，讓客人可以選擇偏好的區域。

**客人可以留下特殊要求嗎？** 可以。客人輸入的任何特殊要求都會顯示在您的 Host App 中。

**我已更新排程設定。Google 何時會反映這些變更？** Host App 的更新需要 24–48 小時才會顯示在 Google 上。

## 啟用或停用整合

若要開啟或關閉 Google 整合：

1. 在 Merchant Admin 中，前往 **管道 > Google** 在左側導覽列中。
2. 點擊 **需要協助** 以開啟支援訊息工具。
