# 如何連結 Google 商家並管理我的評論？

連結你的 Google 商家檔案會將你所有的 Google 評論匯入 Oddle，並讓 Oddle 將新的評論歸因回帶來這些評論的評論請求活動。

前往 **商家管理後台 > 互動 > 評論** 開始使用。

## 連結你的 Google 商家檔案

這是一個包含四個步驟的一次性設定。你需要使用管理你的 Google 商家檔案的 Google 帳號登入，且該帳號應可存取你想要連結的所有門市。

1. 前往 **互動 > 評論** 並選擇 **連結 Google 商家**.
2. **步驟 1 — 與 Google 連結。** 選擇 **與 Google 連結** 並完成 Google 登入。Oddle 會要求管理你的 Google 商家檔案的權限，這樣才能匯入你的評論。
3. **步驟 2 — 檢視配對的地點。** Oddle 會自動將你的 Google 地點配對到你的 Oddle 門市。請檢查每個配對結果，並調整任何不正確的項目。如有需要，你可以將一個 Google 地點對應到多個 Oddle 門市。
4. **步驟 3 — 確認。** 檢視你的地點與門市對應後，然後確認。
5. **步驟 4 — 開始同步。** 選擇 **開始同步**。Oddle 會匯入你來自 **過去 90 天** 的評論，並持續帶入之後的新評論。

## 查看並篩選你的評論

連結完成後，評論分頁會顯示你所有已連結地點的每則評論。

在上方你會看到：

* **歸因評論總數** — 你的評論中有多少是透過 Oddle 評論請求活動產生的。
* **已連結的 Google 地點** — 你的地點中有多少已連結並正在更新。

表格中的每則評論都會顯示評論者名稱、評論內容、所屬門市、星等評分以及日期。你可以依門市、評分和時間區間篩選，聚焦於你在意的內容。

## 管理整合設定

你可以隨時調整設定，無需中斷連結。

1. 在評論分頁中，選擇 **管理整合設定**.
2. 可將個別 Google 地點開啟或關閉——如果某個地點已停業，想停止更新，這很方便。
3. 使用多選下拉選單更新門市對應——如果你新增了新的 Oddle 門市，並想將其連結到現有的 Google 地點，這很方便。
4. 選擇 **更新** 以儲存。

## 查看活動成效

連結完成後，每個 Google 評論請求自動化都會顯示歸因統計，而不是一般的交易指標：

* **新評論** — 歸因到該自動化的新 Google 評論。
* **歸因率** — 產生歸因評論的送出占比。
* **歸因評論評分** — 這些評論的平均星等評分。

活動檢視也會依門市拆分歸因，因此你可以看出哪些地點最能回應評論請求。

## 常見問題

**我可以從 Oddle 回覆評論嗎？**

在 Oddle 內回覆，包括 AI 建議的回覆，目前仍在測試階段，尚未向所有商家開放。現在，評論分頁僅供收集評論、篩選評論，以及查看活動歸因。如果你想搶先使用回覆功能，請聯絡你的客戶經理。

**首次匯入需要多久？**

初始匯入會涵蓋過去 90 天，通常會在幾分鐘內完成。之後新評論會自動匯入。

**如果我中斷連結，我的評論會怎樣？**

中斷連結會從你的帳號中移除 Google 評論資料，以及與其綁定的任何 Google 評論自動化。你可以隨時重新連結，重新開始收集評論。
