# 附加費、限制區域和配送時段有哪些？

高需求日會加收附加費，以確保司機可供調度，並按時完成訂單。您可以選擇將其轉嫁給顧客，或自行吸收。

## 附加費類型（新加坡）

| 週末附加費 | $3          | 全部 | 星期五、星期六、星期日（自 2023 年 7 月 14 日起生效） |
| 假日附加費 | $4          | 全部 | 請參閱下方假日時程                         |
| 動態附加費 | $0.50–$2.00 | 全部 | 根據即時司機可用性                         |

若公眾假期落在星期五、星期六或星期日，則僅適用假日附加費——其優先於週末附加費。

## 限制區域（新加坡）

以下地點的取貨或送貨將另收 15 美元附加費：

* 機場貨運路
* 機場區
* ALPS 大道
* 營地
* 移民關卡
* 工地
* 裕廊島
* 裕廊港
* PSA 港口
* SATS／航太園區
* 造船廠
* 補給基地

## 送貨支援時間

Oddle 的送貨協調團隊每日提供服務時間為 **9:00 至 22:00**，週一至週日（含公眾假期）。請透過您的專屬 WhatsApp 群組聊天聯絡他們。

若送貨時間落在支援時段以外，請使用訂單中顯示的司機資訊直接聯絡司機。

## 送貨時段設定

您的送貨時段可控制顧客在結帳時可選擇的送貨時段。這些設定可在 Merchant Admin 中依門市進行設定，位置為 **門市 > \[門市名稱] > 送貨設定**.

變更僅適用於所選門市。請務必儲存您的變更。

送貨設定的優先順序如下：

1. 封鎖日期
2. 特殊時段
3. 一般時段

### 設定一般送貨時段

1. 前往 **門市 > \[門市名稱] > 送貨設定** 並選擇 **新增時段**.
2. 選擇 **可用日期** —— 已勾選的日期允許送貨，未勾選的日期則不允許。
3. 設定 **送貨時段開始時間** 與 **送貨時段結束時間** 以定義您的送貨時間範圍。
4. 設定 **分鐘間隔** —— 這會決定顧客在結帳時看到的時段（例如：60 分鐘間隔會建立 11:00–12:00、12:00–13:00 之類的時段）。
5. 設定 **每個時段的最大訂單數** —— 一旦達到此上限，顧客便無法選擇該時段。
6. 設定 **餐點準備／前置時間** —— 在訂單可供取貨前，準備訂單所需的時間（例如：1 小時 30 分鐘的前置時間，顧客在上午 9:00 下單時，最早可選的送貨時段為上午 10:30）。
7. 可選擇啟用 **截止時間** 以在特定時間停止接受某個時段的訂單。
8. 選擇 **儲存**.
