# How do I download my customer data?

You can export your full customer list from Merchant Admin at any time. This is useful for understanding who your guests are, running external email campaigns, or retaining a copy of your data.

Customer records are created automatically when guests place orders through your Oddle Shop webstore or when your staff enter orders through the Register App.

## Export your customer list

1. Log in to Merchant Admin at [panel.oddle.me](https://panel.oddle.me).
2. Go to the **Customers** tab.
3. Click **Download Customers**.

Your customer data will be exported as an Excel file and downloaded to your device.

The export includes customer details such as names and email addresses. Handle this data in accordance with your local data protection obligations (e.g. PDPA in Singapore, GDPR in Europe).
